Every doctor on Figora Health goes through a credential review before their profile is listed. Their credentials and practising country are displayed on their profile.

Yes. Patient ratings and feedback are visible on each doctor's profile once they have completed consultations on the platform.

Browse the doctor directory for the latest specialties. The list grows as more verified clinicians join the platform.

Yes. You can go directly to a doctor's profile and book with them again at any available time slot.

The directory is updated as new doctors join. If you cannot find what you need, email support@figorahealth.com and the team will do their best to match you with an appropriate clinician.

Browse the doctor directory, select a doctor, pick an available time slot, and pay $60 securely at checkout. Your membership plan controls how soon you can book (not the visit price). You will receive a confirmation email with your video link.

GP video consultations are a flat $60 per visit. Nurse assessments on Figora are free. Solo, Family, and Premium memberships control how soon you can book appointment slots-not the consultation fee.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Major debit and credit cards are accepted.

If you cancel a paid visit before the scheduled start time, you may request a refund with a reason. Our team approves requests before wallet credit or a Stripe refund to your original card (typically 5-10 business days). After the visit start time, refunds are not available.

During your 14-day free trial you can book consultations for yourself only-family members are added after you choose a membership. Your plan sets how many you can sponsor (1 on Solo Care, 3 on Family Care, 7 on Extended Family). You pay per consultation from your health wallet or card at booking time.

Yes. When booking, you can choose who the visit is for and provide their details. You can manage bookings for everyone on your account from one dashboard.

You will be notified promptly and given the option to reschedule with the same doctor or rebook with another clinician. Any payment made for a cancelled session will be refunded in full.

Figora Health does not store your card details. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant.

After booking, you will receive an email with a private video link. At your appointment time, click the link to join your consultation directly from your browser - no app download required.

Your doctor will provide structured notes and follow-up guidance, which will be accessible inside your Figora Health account after the visit.

Contact support immediately at support@figorahealth.com and the team will work with you and your doctor to reschedule or resolve the issue.

Yes. All video consultations are encrypted and accessible only to you and your clinician. Figora Health does not record or share your sessions without your consent.

Have a list of your current symptoms, medications, and any relevant medical history ready. A stable internet connection and a quiet, private space will ensure the best experience.

Prescribing decisions rest entirely with your clinician and depend on their professional judgment, the nature of your consultation, and the regulations of their licensing jurisdiction. Figora Health does not direct or restrict clinical decisions.

Not automatically. Your notes remain within your Figora Health account. If you wish to share them with another clinician, you can download or forward them from your account.
