Medical disclaimer

Figora Health facilitates introductions and technology between patients and independent clinicians. It does not practice medicine. Seek urgent in-person care when symptoms are severe or life-threatening.

Payments & refunds

Consultation fees are charged when you book (health wallet or card via Stripe). If you cancel a paid visit before it takes place, wallet payments return to your health wallet immediately. Card payments are refunded to the same card through Stripe; your bank may take about 5-10 business days to show the credit.

All consultation tiers (Basic, Standard, and Premium) are 30-minute video visits. Tier pricing reflects clinical depth, not session length.

Account deletion

Patients may request deletion when their wallet balance is zero and membership is not active. Doctors with consultation history on the platform must contact support. Approved requests permanently remove your account and associated data subject to legal retention requirements.
